LS Ranch Room
This room brings out the true feeling of Texas, with a hand made pine table with the ranch brands carved on the table and chairs this room will seat eight and lets you feel at home on the ranch.
Reservation Information:
We are very pleased to be one of the only facilities in Amarillo to offer in house catering and private party rooms for groups ranging in number from eight (8) to three hundred (300). We offer a variety of buffets and custom party menus, as well as excellent service and food. The Country Barn and staff want to help make your occasion as stress free as possible with great memories to talk about for years to come. Along these lines, and with you in mind, we have changed some of our reservation policies to help make everything go as smoothly as possible.
We have implemented a room deposit keeping in mind the size of the room and the number of people expected. We accept payment of the deposit by cash, check or credit card and will hold onto the payment until the date of the event at which time we will gladly return the cash or check, shred the credit card information, which we keep locked up in our office, or we can apply it to your bill that day as well. For our guests who wish to have separate checks for their party we feel as though this will ease your mind about the deposit, that everyone can still pay their own check and the person paying the deposit can get their deposit back. You will have 14 days to cancel your reservation with a full refund of the deposit at the time of cancellation.
We will ask that on parties of 15 or more in our larger rooms that you choose from a Custom Party Menu or buffet. Buffets are available on parties of 30 or more, tea and water are included on buffets of 40 plus. The Custom Party Menu allows you to select up to 5 menu items off of our regular menu. This allows you to keep tabs on how much you are spending, as well as allow us to give you the fastest service and best dining experience available. We pride ourselves on retaining the most attentive and competent servers. During lunch we also have a lunch menu available, although the 25 minute guarantee does not apply to parties over 10 people.
